Track Society empowers aspiring and emerging independent music professionals in Greater Houston to build more sustainable music business careers through workforce-readiness education, resource navigation, professional development, creative networking, financial support, and creative wellness advocacy.
Through community partnerships and collaboration, we help convert ambition into meaningful professional milestones.

Track Society envisions a thriving and interconnected independent music community where professionals have the knowledge, resources, relationships, and support needed to build sustainable careers.
We exist to help bridge gaps, reduce barriers, strengthen professional readiness, and promote healthier standards across the independent music ecosystem.
Track Society primarily serves aspiring and emerging independent music professionals in the Greater Houston area.
This includes:
Many of the people we serve currently generate less than 50% of their annual income through music business activity and are working to strengthen their professional readiness, income pathways, resources, and support systems.

We help independent music professionals prepare for opportunities by strengthening communication, organization, professional materials, follow-through, and decision-making.

We offer practical information about topics such as career planning, artist development, contracts, money, marketing, management, and building a professional team.

We create workshops, summits, live events, and small-group experiences where music professionals can learn, meet collaborators, build relationships, and discover new opportunities.

We help people identify useful professionals, organizations, tools, programs, and community resources based on what they are trying to accomplish.

We support the personal and professional development of aspiring and emerging independent music professionals through self-leadership education, resource navigation, creative wellness awareness, and advocacy for healthier industry practices.

We work with studios, educators, social workers, attorneys, accountants, media professionals, funders, and other organizations to expand the support available to the independent music community.
