Track Meet is Track Society's annual independent music summit designed to support artists, producers, engineers, songwriters, DJs, managers, creatives, and music business support professionals through professional development, creative networking, and career planning opportunities.
Not exactly. Track Meet is a professional development experience designed to help independent music professionals solve real career challenges, not simply collect information.
Participants engage in practical activities, collaborative discussions, creative exercises, and guided networking that encourage them to identify opportunities, strengthen professional skills, build meaningful relationships, and leave with clear next steps they can apply to their music careers.
Rather than asking, "What did you learn?" we hope participants leave asking, "What will I do differently because I was here?"
Track Society believes independent music professionals deserve meaningful support while they are building their careers, not only after they become established.
Track Meet helps participants strengthen their knowledge, expand their networks, clarify their goals, and become better prepared to navigate the music industry.

Avant Media Institute and Track Society’s Board of Directors invited 25 independent artists, producers, audio engineers, managers, and DJs to participate in the beta assessment of Track Meet 2024.
Known as the Grandmaster Class, participants traveled from Greater Houston, Atlanta, and Chicago to attend the two-day summit. Their honest feedback helped Track Society evaluate the event framework, better understand common challenges facing independent music professionals, and strengthen future Track Meet programming.
Just as importantly, the Grandmaster Class brought to life the collaboration and camaraderie Track Society hopes to cultivate throughout the independent music community. Their participation played an essential role in shaping the continued development of Track Meet.
