"I don’t position myself as having all the answers. I position myself as someone committed to collaboration, ethical leadership, and building systems that actually support the people behind the music."
Sabella "Bella" Reyes, LCSW, Music Industry Social Worker
Sabella “Bella” Reyes is a licensed clinical social worker, Executive Director of Track Society, and a pioneering practitioner in the emerging specialty of Music Industry Social Work. Her work sits at the intersection of behavioral health, workforce development, and the independent music economy.
Bella’s approach is grounded in a core principle:
Artist wellness and career sustainability are directly connected. One cannot exist long-term without the other.

Music Industry Social Work is a behavioral health-informed practice focused on supporting individuals and systems within the music ecosystem.

As Founder and Executive Director of Track Society, Bella operationalizes this vision through programming, partnerships, and community initiatives designed to:
Track Society serves as a platform for implementation, translating theory into practice.
Bella contributes to the broader conversation through curated resources, community education, writing, and public-facing dialogue focused on creative wellness, personal development, and the realities of independent music work.
