From the panel, guest performers received the gifts of constructive feedback on their performance's presentation, sound quality and showmanship.
Live From The Pentagon Management and staff gifted a sound check opportunity to the guest performers one week before Track Tryouts; and nearly all the guest performers were in attendance. As agreed, Track Society final guest performer were notified regarding whether or not they were selected approximately three hours before sound check.
Audio Engineering Students and Interns of Avant Media Institute and LFTP Studios voluntarily ran the audio, lighting and backline operations for the guest performers.

Track Society and LFTP Studios partnered in offering 6 indie music artists/bands the opportunity to receive live performance consultation & feedback from experienced, professional live performers and producers. Guest performers performed for an audience of peer supporters and a panel.
Track Society formed a Focus Group Committee composed of members from its Volunteer Force.The Focus Group Committee met virtually to review the EKPs/URL links provided by all the applicants. The Focus Group Committee then voted on final selections for the Track Society guest performance acts. LFTP Studios management was also in attendance to make the final selections for their guest performance acts.
Eligibility Requirements: Guest performers must identify as an Independent Music Artist/Group, Independent Band and/or Independent DJ; Updated Electronic Press Kit (EPK), verification of having performed live music within the past 12 months.
Audience supporters participated in the live performances as audience members for the performing acts. This group was composed of members and supporters of the indie music community.
Creative and professional networking opportunities were available to audience supporters, as well. Food was be available for purchase and live music entertainment wassponsored by WBBC Chicago 77.3. Event tickets and entry were made available with donations of $5 or more.
